This game looks terrible. I bought it for a cheap price and couldn’t be bothered to open the game. I sold it for a profit and laughed all the way to the bank.
I was so happy when i heard news of a new Golden Axe game coming out for the 360. I was kinda shocked when i heard that it was going to be rated M for Mature and going to have Blood & Gore. Let me just say right now that this was the biggest let down of the year and probably the worst game Ive played this year. I am aware that i have not played some really bad games like Turning Point and Jumper. This had some really bad controls, a horrible camera, poor level design, stupid A.I, God Awful graphics, terrible voice overs and a really bad story. I have played this game for about 2 hours and that’s about it. I just couldn’t stand the crapness of this game.

I was one of those kids who used to bring three rolls of quarters with him to the arcade. Golden Axe was a favorite of mine. Although back in the day I used to play the little guy who wielded a giant axe, the girl was great for her powerful magic that she would unleash on the bad guys. When I got the Sega Genesis version, I was hooked. It was just like the original. Also, Golden Axe 2 was a favorite of mine as well. When I heard Golden Axe was coming to Xbox I couldn’t hardly wait for it. I bought it. It is sheer disappointment!! You can walk through some debris, UgH! Where was the production team!!! The beasts are clunky to control, fighting skills are very limited…. Magic was nothing to look at either…. Although the scenery was good, as well as the graphics. I would have liked a free roam type of game with this… ***Please re-issue the originals to an Xbox platform!!!**
this game was fun and the price was great thanks. overall great game unlike DOA 4 which i orderd a month ago and have yet to recive it.
What idiot thought this was okay to do? This is what happens when American developers take over Japanese franchises! WORTHLESS!
